Although we haven t gotten the parts yet, mainly because we just ordered two days ago, the service, especially the help from Dawn, was outstanding. We purchased this set we need parts for 11 years ago, but Dawn found our invoice in a matter of seconds. She reached out to the manufacturer and got back in a day. Now we hope the manufacturer gave her the correct info and we ll be all set.
