I was on the receiving end of a Carter Creation this past Valentines Day and can easily say it was one of the most beautiful bouquets I have ever received! The flowers were so fresh and the colors so vibrant, all arranged beautifully! Even the handwriting on the card was lovely. And they were delivered with such a friendly smile!
