I hired Genz Ryan GR to perform an AC tune up. They said there was a leak and offered 3 options including a new AC. That was 5 weeks ago and I have yet to receive the estimate. I have contacted them 5 times by phone, email and today via online chat and still haven't gotten attention of anyone at GR. It should be very simple to get an estimate. Based on my experience I would have given them a minus 5. It is hard to believe they able to stay in business. I have repeatedly asked for a manager or owner to call me but it must not be in their DNA. Respond after a call from GR. I called the customer service manager back and never received a call back. They will not get my business!
