I have recently started my company in Dubai through Creative Zone and I am very pleased with the warm yet professional attitude portrayed by all the Creative Zone staff I have met starting from Sales, continuing with the PRO who helped with government issues, my client representative, the support team including Tax& accounting advisors and the reception. Initially I was considering another similar company to help start my business but after having met Ibrahim, my initial contact in Creative Zone, I decided to go ahead with CZ. Ibrahim s sincere, knowledgeable and correct attitude made me believe that CZ would be a better choice.
Later on Mohamad Ramadan was assigned to be my client relations contact and he also impressed me with his timely, innovative, professional yet friendly attitude. He was there anytime I needed support and he was very quick in replying to emails and telephone calls. When I started working with CZ I was already in my 1 month grace period in my residency and doubted finishing the company set up and residency on time. Yet with both Ibrahim s and Mohamad s prompt actions, I finished all in a very short period before the grace period in my residency visa was over.
