Can't speak for other experiences. But they texted me to ensure a signer would be present or if it was ok to leave it. Was pleasantly surprised to know I could text them back and get a real human to interact with. Was able to coordinate the drop off a little bit and add some special instructions and requests. Before people rip them, try contacting them if you know your package information. I didn't even know the package was coming in on DHL until they checked in with me.
