We have used AC for 15+ years. Their HSA program is outstanding, get biannual system inspections and priority service for emergencies. Office staff is always friendly and helpful. Technicians are real pros, know what is/ is not needed and never try to hard sell on any repairs. We are especially pleased with Ronnie and ask for him specifically for HVAC service. He is friendly, effective and efficient at his work. Always a pleasure to see him and we know the job is done right. Have seen some reviews AC is high priced. They may be compared to some other firms but in this case you get what you pay for...world class equipment and services.

20 April 2018...as part of HSA we had plumbing inspection on Wed. Danny had not been out before but we instantly want him back... he brought our newspaper in with him from front of driveway (300 from house so saved us a hike ). He spent 2 hours doing detailed look at all plumbing and left us with many good hints on keeping things flowing . Got a follow up call from office next day to check in our satisfaction. Just one more in a long line of AC world class customer service.

27 August 2018...Chad and Hollie just installed our new tankless water heater. They spent 8+ hours putting it in....right! When Chad explained they had some things to work around ( County code, house construction) and it would take more time than originally stated, I told him please take the time to do it right. He quickly agreed that AC policy is just that, don t rush just to save time it s a long term relationship with the customer. Exactly why we have been with AC for so long. Would repeat above note about being a bit more expensive than other firms but we still feel we get what we pay for...professional techs who do the job right and high quality equipment that exceeds expectations for performance and reliability. Danny was the one who came out last week to do temporary repair of 10 year old heater and who walked us thru getting the Navien NPE-240A tankless heater. In discussions on cost he was able to provide better pricing due to our HSA agreement and financing. Bottom line, another quality AC experience.

2 April 2019....and the great customer service keeps getting better. Ronnie, our long time preferred tech and Steven came out for the Spring system check. As always they were friendly and more than helpful. Ronnie went above and beyond his usual level of service. Each year we put mouse traps in the attic given the usual Winter visitors. We always clean the traps out before the techs arrive, unfortunately this year due to a recent medical procedure I could not climb the ladder so Ronnie disposed of the full traps around the HVAC unit. What world class service. He also has been monitoring mold in the unit and showed pictures of how it is expanding over the last few visits.He worked with us to get a UV light installed at a great price. What a super experience, not just someone who pushes upgrades but takes the time to monitor the problem and pass on status including when the issue reaches a tipping point. We truly trust him and AC not to just sell us stuff but to work with us for needed improvements.
