GMA Team talks a big game about how well they will take care of their clients - even boasting in their television ad about their "web portal" ( to keep their clients "informed about the status of their case" ) but, once I signed up with them, it was a COMPLETELY different story ! They were my attorney for three weeks and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING other than unnecessarily postpone my Workers Compensation hearing because they claimed that there wasn't enough time to prepare for my case that was still FIVE WEEKS away at the time. At first, I didn't have a problem with this but, it quickly became apparent that hiring GMA was a mistake after EVERY phone call, voice message and email went unanswered until calling the main number and complaining, then, all of a sudden, the person who was just "unavailable" was miraculously able to take the call and offer some lame excuse for being unfamiliar with important, time sensitive information that was sent in emails and web portal posts or referenced in voice messages. Even phone calls to Geoff McDonald were never answered and voice messages left on his cell were never returned.

After realizing that continued representation by GMA was definitely not in my best interest since they had displayed NO interest in speaking with me or doing anything constructive with my case, I sent an email to Mr. McDonald, my attorney Mr. Carr and, my "case manager" Cheryll advising that I was immediately terminating their "representation". I never received a single phone call or email in response to that email either.

Dear Mr. McDonald,

Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to respond to my negative review, summarizing my negative experience with your firm. This seems to be a "Form Letter" response to any negative reviews which includes a hollow invitation to contact you on your cell. I received the same hollow invitation after hiring your firm for my representation too and, not one but TWO calls to your cell number went unanswered, my voice messages were never responded to either so, what is it exactly that you would like to discuss NOW, that you were unwilling to discuss when you were my attorney? What could you possibly say after you and your employees repeatedly ignored my emails, voice messages and "web portal" posts when I needed your professional advice and guidance?
Even after sending my email to terminate my representation by GMA, you couldn't be bothered to reach out with a phone call or email but, in response to my review, you are suddenly "concerned" -- Please....

No, Mr. McDonald, I will not be calling to discuss my experience and comments because there is NO EXCUSE for the total disregard you and your employees showed when they were SUPPOSED to be there to help and were not.
