Loved the museum which is free. It is pretty big, covers early American History. The tram ride was an excellent experience. I didn't even know there was a museum or that you could go to the top of the arch! They don't have their own parking but there is plenty of parking close by and inexpensive. We parked in a garage a few blocks away and was only $2 for first hour $1/hour after that. Excellent visit!
