So this company bought Jim s Cheese out of Waterloo Wisconsin in 2018. They still must use his packaging or the cheese curds I bought at Sunny Acres farm in west Chicago Illinois was produced in 2018? They were awful. A galutinous glob of cheese made me gag. 12 oz for $9.97. I thought it said $3.97. When I tasted this disgusting glob of chewy goo I began to examine package. Expired on 9/21. Likely produced by previous owner in 2018. You should be embarrassed Lipari Foods or Jim s Cheese or whatever you call yourself.
