Jose arrived promptly and explained what he was going to do. He got to work and took care of what needed to be done explaining what he was doing. He was very courteous and professional in doing his job and in dealing with me and my wife. Furthermore, as with Jose, from what we have experienced, all the Jon Wayne technicians we have had contact with have been employees that Jon Wayne can be proud of. Great work!
