Yesterday I called in to see if there was any way that the service team could check my windshield wiper fluid as it seemed to be leaking into the car - I figured it would be a major project replete with setting an appointment for service.

But lo and behold, Roy, one of the managers told me to bring it on by because he said it sounded like just a disconnected hose. Turns out it was! He reconnected it, advised me on wiper blades, played with my son and then gave the car a wash without my asking! What service.
