I moved into my apartment in July of 2016 and when my lease was up in July of 2017, I signed for another year without hesitation.

Berg management has been very fair and cooperative with me thus far, and they have been quick with me to correct issues. One major thing I would like to mention was that my bathtub developed a leak and was dripping down to the second floor. I expected them to patch the leak and call it a day, but they went above and beyond and gave me a brand new bathtub. When I saw all the negative feedback on here, I wanted to take the time to voice that this is not as bad of a company as these reviews say.
