Absolutely appalling service.

Upon arrival the guy at the ground floor entrance said "what did you book" in a rude way. After clarifying my name and it was the duck and waffle that I've booked, he asked "did you read the confirmation email"? I said yes. He rudely asked again "did you read the confirmation email". He then said a friend of mine was wearing a hoodie and that is not allowed. He could have just said sorry the hoodie isn't appropriate instead of asking arrogantly"did you read the email". Never back again!

Extremely rude!

Would have wanted to give 0 star. Please sort out the service and the greeting reception!
