We just moved to Texas. At first I was like CPS (Child Protective Services) When did they start hustling Electric. They be shocking people taking their kids but dang now they taking people electric too?? CHEESE FRIES!!!

But then I saw that it wasn't the "known" CPS with the bad name. With that being said, since I've been calling City Public (That's what I'll call it) the service has been really caring. Now we spoke to Gabby today @ around 930am and she was one of the sweetest persons in the world. We travel a lot so this statement is true and honest. I've graded customer service for my current company which is one of the biggest in the industry and Gabby's tone and way about herself was honest. I love that Texas is great like that. I hope and pray that all people get a chance to speak with a spirit like Gabby. When I find people who truly care, I don't take it for granted. So glad we chose to move to Texas!!! We'll so far...lol
