Went there on the weekend and stood in line outside, in their garden department, for too long. A customer was definitely asking too many questions and needed things found for her, but there were two people helping her and no other registers opened. We finally asked if they could open another register and the rude lady, she may have been a manager, said no. There was no apology for the wait, either. So we, and the long line behind us, all had to go inside. I know Lowe's is a big company and our little complaint will barely get noticed but there should be common courtesy and better managerial skills than what we experienced.
