I have no idea why people are reviewing this hotel...

I have no idea why people are reviewing this hotel so highly. I don't believe the following hotel features make it a 5 star hotel: charging 50$ extra for NO breakfast and limited pool use; charging 23$! PER DAY to park in the parking lot (75$ just to drive onto the property??); ignoring customer room requests, closing the main pool attraction at check-in - yes, they close the waterslide area at 4PM - even though you've paid a 50$ 'resort' fee and they don't open the water slide area again until 11AM - one hour before checkout; advertising 7 pools (sounds great but you're probably picturing something other than 7 tiny crowed pools all smushed together in a small area); sticky, uncleaned surfaces in the room as well as hairs in the bathroom (so much for a deep covid cleaning) etc. etc. etc. I could go on and on and on and on. How much hard earned money will people flush down the toilet at this 'resort' to get virtually NOTHING in return???
