It is true that the Italian brains are constantly fleeing because of our little strategic political system handed down to us and with whom we fight every day. We are certainly not proud of this. Fortunately and I imagine with great effort, there are centers of excellence like this, able to convey minds from all over the world with a single purpose: that of advanced research, continuous and assiduous, in the technical-scientific sector that would improve conditions and primary necessities of life of all of us.
