This weekend I had the pleasure of being trained by very knowledgeable Pro Trainer. The transfer of knowledge was great and easy. It was a great experience. My fellow classmates and I enjoyed the energy our trainer gave us. I look forward to continuing my personal training education with anyone of his caliber. Thank you Daniel!
