I had my car picked up for what I thought would be...

I had my car picked up for what I thought would be a routine service. I had initially scheduled the appointment Online detailing everything I needed looked at. When I received a follow up call that day, they had only performed the oil change and a recall update. I asked that they look at the other concerns of mine. I didn t hear back to later the next day and was only told there was a problem with the radio. It wasn t until the day after that (day 3) when I was told that the update killed my radio and they had to replace it. My car was picked up on August 13. I was told on August 20 that the vehicle would be ready on August 21. I never heard back and had to contact the service advisor that following Monday August 24. I was told he was completing my paperwork. More then two hours passed and no word and I had to contact them again. Due to the hardships everyone is going through with COVID, I was incredibly patient and understanding but at this point, I feel taken advantage of. I have yet to get my car and was only asked if I would be home all day. I did not receive even an apology for any of the above. The communication was scarce, if any. The least they could ve done was comp the oil change and/or pickup service considering they broke my car...I have never taken my vehicle anywhere else so this was very disappointing.

UPDATE: I was contacted by a service manager who apologized many times and issued a refund immediately.
