Was quoted a price on the phone for a new car radio that had satellite radio capacity but when I got to the store, the sales man walked away from the radio area and said they could not install a new radio because of the vehicle that I own. He stated that they would have to build a mount and sell me an external device and it would end up costing twice what was quoted. He also stated that I would have to make an appointment for the install when the salesperson on the phone said once I pick out what I want they would install it right then. Basically I was quoted and told one thing on the phone and something completely different when I arrived. Will not go back there again.
