Terrible customer service. I scheduled a 1:00 PM ...

Terrible customer service. I scheduled a 1:00 PM appointment and when I arrived, I was told it was a drop off appointment, which was not explained when the slot was made. I decided to wait anyway, since I lived 35 miles away, after being told they would eventually get to the car between 3:00 and 5:00. (Why they needed my car at 1:00 is still a mystery to me.) After waiting and waiting, I decided to check on the progress at 5:15 only to be told they had not gotten to it yet. The staff seemed to be disinterested with my dissatisfaction after complaining. Disgusted, I left without anything being done and re-scheduled with Morganton Honda, which gave me impeccable service.
