First time visitor. Very unhappy with the quality...

First time visitor. Very unhappy with the quality of the meat and the flavor of the sauce seasoning. We had baby back and beef ribs and neither of which was anything like fall off the bone......rather it was a struggle to get meat off the bone and there was plenty of gristle and fat to work your way around. The taste was odd too. Sorry but this was as bad as it gets for ribs.
