I literally live right across the street from this...

I literally live right across the street from this place. I ordered "HOT" open face meatloaf sandwich. I was told 15 mins. so I was there10 mins. later because I'm literally less then 1 min. away. My food was already on the counter waiting for me.... I get home and my mash potatoes are cold! Like just came out of the fridge without being warmed up Cold! My meatloaf was cold and dry as well! $20 buck down the drain! It was horrible!
