Staff was very rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming from the house keeping to the room service to the front desk.
Stayed here for a special convention and the staff acted as if they didn t want us there. Thought they d be happy at the amount of money they were receiving. Didn t leave me with a good first impression of South African hospitality.
