I'm soooo disappointed I checked in on November 4t...

I'm soooo disappointed I checked in on November 4th and provdied my Groupon voucher for my room which was supposed to have 2 queen beds and when I entered the room It had 2 full sized beds and it was four of us ...I called front desk only to be told they don't have 2 queen beds only 1 king size with a pull out and when I asked for management I was told they had left for the day and the front desk clerk told me I had to take it up with Groupon. We desperately wanted to make the best of a bad situation so after unpacking we saw a peep hole in the wall which we plugged up with tissue paper and when my daughter went to take a shower the tub backed up and took forever to draindown. We called front desk and asked for extra blankets to make a pallet on the floor and we were told we would have to come get it they don't bring it to us. Unbelievable. ..and in the morning we had to pay for breakfast no continental just buy one get one free. ..never heard of this in a hotel and I never got a explanation just lousy customer service. No effort to attempt to make us feel appreciated for coming to there establishment. ..I will never go there again and would caution others.
