I have placed an order last Friday (9th October) and as yet, I ve had zero communication from this company with regards to order status etc. All I ve had is one confirmation email immediately after checking out. I have emailed twice and filled out 2 forms on their website asking for an update and I m getting really fed up now as it seems that my order is not being dealt with. The lack of communication does not bode well, as a first time customer I will definitely be thinking twice about using this company again. Quick to take order but follow up is a disgrace. I m suspicious that my order may not even be in stock as I can t think of any other reason for such a delay, or emails being ignored. I never ever usually rant like this publicly but I have had enough. Customer service seems to lack even the basic functionality and with no telephone contact, I m well and truly high and dry until they decide to contact me.
