Had an 0900 appt for an oil change 5/29/18. Drove ...

Had an 0900 appt for an oil change 5/29/18. Drove from an hour away for my appt. , checked in at 0850. Sat til 1015 and then was told that they hadn t even started the service yet. They didn t offer to get it in right away. I asked for the service manager and he was unavailable. I will take my Honda maintenance elsewhere.........today is 6/5/18. After being assured that the manger (Brad Andersen) would contact me at the time if this incident at the dealer. ....and also leaving him a voicemail with my contact info and compliant, Still no call, no email, nothing ! Now I m just done with this shifty outfit. Next vehicle purchase will not be at TKH and my service money will go elsewhere.
