I waited 3 weeks for an MRI appointment. I got to my 2:15 appointment at 2:32 due to work issues. Waited 5 minutes for the check in person to acknowledge me. Was told appointment was time cancelled and I'd have to reschedule but the scheduler could not get back to me being it was Friday and they had gone home for the day. Shoulder issue and have been one armed for the past month. Busy, I get it, but we are all busy. The system is broken. As long as DMOS has more patients than they can handle customer service is non existent.
