I would give less than one star if I could. I have spent about $16,000 in the last year trying to fix my car (Cadillac SRX), and every single time I have been in, my experience has been horrible. Repairs always take longer than what they guarantee (a promise to be done 2 weeks turned into 2 months), you can never get ahold of anyone who can give you answers, people never return your calls, and for the most part (there have been a few exceptions) the staff does not treat you very well. The only reason I continue coming here is because the next nearest Cadillac dealership is over an hour away. I tried the Jerry Seiner GMC and they told me they couldn't do anything for me and they still charged me $150. As soon as I get my car back this time, I am selling my car and will not be buying any GMC or Chevrolet brand ever again because my overall experience with Cadillac and this dealership over the course of the last year has been so horrible.
