I thought it was going to be difficult to make reservations here but it wasn't hard at all. My previous experiences with making reservations at fancy Michelin starred restaurants turned me off because I was using OpenTables app, which always showed no or low availability. So this time, I called Per Se about a month in advance and spoke with a person who gave me a bunch of times and days for the next month during my stay in NYC. It's so much easier calling them instead of using Open Table!!

Anyway, of course dinner was amazing. New flavors and textures I've never experienced. This is what separates 3 Michelin starred restaurants from the rest. Also, the prices already include a service charge so you're already paying for gratuity in your meal. Dinner for 2 with wine was about $800. My favorites include pearls and oyster, peach sorbet with ginger beer, lamb and broccoli, and salmon ice cream cone thing. Chef Thomas Keller is the real deal. I would go back here.
