Called to pay our bill and got a confirmation numb...

Called to pay our bill and got a confirmation number. Money was never taken out of my account. Called again to confirm that they would be taking out my payment and they said yes they were not to worry about it. They then proceeded to shut off my power as they never took out the money. I called them and gave them their confirmation number and they told me on top of a $45 fee to turn back on my power that I now have to come up with $380 for a security deposit because they were incompetent and never took my payment. They are a horrible company. Why give a confirmation number if it means nothing. And no matter how many times you call or ask you can never get a manager or supervisor. I can t pay the $380 and make my other bills with my newborn. On top of everything I called to make my payment this month for almost the exact same thing to happen. I wish I could leave negative stars!
