I just moved in January and the office staff here ...

I just moved in January and the office staff here and at the Solaire property. The staff is unprofessional and they do not return your calls for manager or maintenance requests. I really like the property which is why I transferee however, the office staff makes you feel like you are nothing . They are so bad to deal with that I am waiting patiently for a refund check that the manager at Solaire says I am not entitled too and provided 3 different ledgers and said I didn t pay deposit when I obviously wouldn t be able to move in without a deposit I have sought a refund of move out expenses since January 2021. I have been ducked and doged by the area supervisor, since the property manager is merely a body. I was initially told that I was already refunded. I have I have been patient because the rental lease advised a refund can be take up to 30 days. I was told that the refund was sent at the 30 day marked, however, I did not receive and waited 30 more days to be reissued. . I filed a dispute with my bank and I was reimbursed and thought it would be over. Today my bnak reversed the payment cusing 4 utility bills to overdraft my account. This was after I was told I was not owed and I received 3 different ledgersI finally spoke to the area manager who understood how upset I was and gave me her word that she would personally call me back. these people take your rent and treat you llike you are nothing DO NOT support this company, their are much better real estate companies.
