After 8 years in an apartment in a very good condition, the agency managed to charge us a door handle released (never seen for us) and a smoke detector not hooked (while we had bought a Nine packaged ready to use for the next tenant, because the previous detector, bought by the control room (a detector of very poor quality probably cheap) did not work)), and small normal work of descaling after 8 years in a rental. During these 8 years, we had innumerable problems (drug traffic in the common parts, nocturnal rumblings no happy fetards from Wednesday to Saturday, human excrement and other garbage in the common parts and on some palliers), apartments designed with elements of very poor quality (showers, toilets, etc ...) that have cost us many interventions ... (at our expense, except for the water heater)
There was no commercial gesture at our exit for this famous door handle so called loosened and the clipping of the smoke detector and the small work of descaling ...

Whatever happens, you will not find your deposit when you leave, I guarantee it!

I put a star, anyway, to report a friendly person who deals with the files near the reception, and who saw me parade (many) many times for (too) many problems. She has always been smiling, friendly and attentive. She will recognize herself surely.
The person in management is far too rigid (although she tries to do her job, I admit it willingly) and must, in my opinion, be overwhelmed by problematic returns of tenants. So the solutions are often inappropriate, not in line with reality. Relational and human contact are not present (almost impossible to meet this person face to face), and suddenly there is a feeling of dissatisfaction and abandonment ...

In the end, to be discouraged, as evidenced by the many negative opinions ...

ps: I almost never post advice usually (either positive or negative), but this time it is important to report it because my experience leaves me a mixed and bitter feeling.
