My wife and I owned a third-generation business. After over 40 years working in the business and running it for 25, I was working on exit strategies and evaluating when was the right time to sell. Valerie Vaughn had called and we talked on the phone and she gave me a few tips on what would help sell our business. She did that very patiently every year for three years.
