Disastrous customer service. I will never buy Raze...

Disastrous customer service. I will never buy Razer again. I have been explaining to support for 3 weeks that my laptop screen has a defect and I am constantly advised to reinstall Windows. I told the support several times that the screen had a total failure.

Incredibly unprofessional.
