We loved working with Christine. We were renting a condo in Santa Cruz near Cowell's Beach and were given first refusal by our landlord when they decided to sell our place. We called Christine and she immediately set to work evaluating our home, negotiating on their asking price, etc. It was our first home purchase so we were new to the process. Whenever we needed something explained or had a last minute question Christine was always available to talk us through the situation and help us figure out next steps. We were so happy to work with Christine through this process and are looking forward to using her when we are ready to move again!
