We walked in and they barely knew what we were talking about when we asked if a dog was up for adoption instead of fostering. We had to ask three people before we got an answer. We were told a dog we found on their website was only up for fostering and when we called previously we were told that we could take the dog home and adopt him, but he wasn't even at the location. We also witnessed multiple dogs in small portable crates laying in their own feces and urine. There were dogs that were heartworm positive and dogs with mange near dogs that were healthy and adoptable. The facility wasn't clean and we walked in urine when we were looking at dogs. To sum it up, conditions were less than humane.
