The lake is amazing and the staff are very friendly and patient, although we found the site a little hard to navigate due to miscommunication between staff and us. I think a new staff member was on. A girl sorted us out, and I can't remember her name, but she was so helpful. But listen these things happen and it just slowed us down getting into the water, but we got there in the end and ended up having a great time.
