FRAUD Company - claiming debts, DO NOT PAY. I have sent information to Police and BBB.

I am a car carrier and i work very hard to make my money, i was involved in a small accident in a privat parking lot Manheim Detroit, in that day I was at work, The cars being involved in the accident they were covered by insurance cargo and liability from my company, even Manheim Detroit got there own insurance, Yesterday a Collection Agent ( Mary )call me and was very Rude with me, threatened that they want to send a letter to DMV to cancel my driving license because the insurance company did not want to pay them for the car involved in the accident and that I was driving that car without insurance in that day when the accident happened ( this is a lie), The lady mixed everything, it looks like she did not know what was going on, she had no idea how the insurance company was working and what happened in that parking lot, she started screaming at me that she have to send the papers to DMV and cancel my Driver license, I tried to explain what happened in that parking lot and that they have to deal with my company and insurance from my company and she don t have to put me in the middle, but it looks like she does not want to listen, she really wants to create me problems, hey guys from Vengroff Williams please investigate the case better and deal with the insurance company!!! and if they don t want to pay, act them in a court!!! and please don t call me again!!!

Scam. Somehow got my home address and phone number and said they needed my medical information to investigate a claim. Called my insurance and bill had been processed and paid months prior. Scam beware.

Very unprofessional lying and cheating at every possible turn they threaten you with losing your license ect they also break the Florida state laws regarding recording of phone calls Florida is a two party consent state which means if you say no to recording your phone call they will do it anyway they should be closed down permanently and immediately

Sending me a bill trying to obtain 1300 bucks for a accident auto claim that literally has nothing to do with me, just because I m a co-signer on a one of the vehicles involved They won t be getting a dime as a co-signer i am not at fault and not required by law to hold insurance on the vehicle

Who are these people? A collection notice for $3.10?! I can't even pay online or by phone because the minimum is $5.00?! What kind of scam is this? I would rather spend $500 and hire a lawyer to address this nonsense.

Scam company!!! Do not pay do not send any personal information!!! Received a letter claiming we were in a collision, letter was full of typos and we have never had an accident. No information was even provided in the letter regarding a legitimate accident.

Turned over to BBB for which they have 1 star/F rating.

Disregard letter.

This is a company that sends letters claiming amounts owed due to a collision with no supporting documentation. The strange thing is the person in question was not even in that state where the alleged collision happened. Their rep, Sharon Diab, was very rude to the person in question; rude to me, as was the supervisor. They liked the sounds of their voices, and it did not matter to them that this is false or possible identify theft, but they could not care less. There is not one shred of evidence. They also make baseless threats which is harassing as well. But they are not interested in the law. The second they mailed this letter, they committed mail fraud. If I could give zero stars I would.

Cannot give any lower! Have no idea who this people are! "Jasmine" calls, WILL NOT identify what company she is with. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! This is the kind of person you wish you could reach through the phone and slap! You will not, repeat, NOT get anywhere with these people unless you talk to their legal department! Beware!

I also had the same experience.
A letter being sent to my husband claiming he had a collision with Wheels inc.
Around July but that's not possible because we didn't have a car yet lol.
They sent 2 letters with threats and we obviously ignored them.
And now they sent another letter with no information about the collision or when the crash supposedly happened and I can tell you guys right now that we haven't had an accident thank God.
Soo I would appreciate it if you guys stop sending letters

They call me everyday and leave voicemails and threatened to sue for services I have no knowledge about lol

Anybody who says this is a scam just doesn't want to pay their bills lol u worked in receiving and all we did was tell them to verify their birthday for hippa rights and if they didn't want to pay we make a note to call back another day. Lol pay your medical debts if you don't want a call period

This is a scam, don't let them scare you into giving them thousands of dollars. Editing to add: The woman claimed she sent a request to the DOL to have his license suspended, and mailed us a copy of the letter (which listed the new owner as the claimant driver and didn't even specifically say who they were requesting suspension for) when we sent her the bill of sale she said it wasn't good enough, she finally took the one from the DOL and sent a certified release of liability and said we had to take it to the DOL to keep his license from being suspended, both the DOL and DMV and the state office for both places had no idea what that was, what she was talking about, and had never gotten a suspension request. Backstory: A lady is claiming a vehicle my husband sold 6 months ago was in an accident and that no one ever changed it out of his name. She won't give any information on what happened, who was driving, where it was, State Farm gave us the date and the driver's name and said they weren't dealing with it anymore. She won't say how her company is involved or anything, refuses to email for written proof and will only discuss over the phone. My husband hadn't filed his copy of the bill of sale, so he went and did that. The DMV accepted it. We emailed her 10/12 and let her know they had it and she could contact them (which she can if she's legitimate.) She waited until 10/22 to send an email saying she was refusing to contact them and she had sent in papers requesting his license be suspended on 10/16. We have no way of knowing who she is, how she has any authority, if this is real. The rudness, refusal to put anything in writing or give any information really makes this look like a scam and we are very hesitant to respond to them and have no idea what's going on. Horribly unprofessional and possibly a scam.

I just received a collections bill from them for a charge that was from Uhaul (staying it was unpaid), that I had already paid uhaul 4 months ago! I called uhaul to ask why I still owed them money, and they confirmed that I don t owe them anything and that this letter is a scam! Don t pay them

Rashida Harris was rude and not at all helpful via phone, she was so worked up that she hung up on me. Not sure what these people are about, but does not seem at all legitimate or professional.
