Would give a 0 if I could.. my son was there for 4 hours only because Someone miss communicated. Nobody could find out room.
Like this seriously happened how the hell could not 1 nurse, doctor or Registration find our room. Next time I would rather drive to Dayton or Xenia .SOIN is to slow and pick a chose who to be nice 2.
