My experience with this company has been a joke got these outrageous Co pay for the emergency room, not only they want to blame the medical group because they not gone pay out of network cost, you can be in another state they will do whatever it takes to transfer you back to your network you can be halfway dead they don't care about your well being as a military vet I rather deal with my va insurance but once my surgery over I will be dropping bcbsil after my healing process
