HORRENDOUS customer service! Their idea of "service" means putting the caller on hold -- permanently. I don't know if they even have any humans working in customer service. Their business practice seems to be: wear down the customer until that person is totally out of patience and gives up any hope of trying to get satisfaction from these people. It apparently pads the profits of this corporation.
