I have been dealing with Oak Bay Bikes, Oak Bay for 4 years and have been more than satisfied with the sales and service team. The service is friendly and thorough and when I've had issues they are dealt with promptly and with respect. They are great supporters of the local cycling community and encourage participation in cycling at all levels from beginner to racer.
I have referred many friends who have been satisfied as well.
