I was looking for someplace to take my wedding gow...

I was looking for someplace to take my wedding gown to be altered and found this company online. When I first went in, I was told by Cisa that my alterations would be a specific price, which I thought was a little expensive, but I agreed (and signed a contract). However, when I went to pick up my dress "3 days before my wedding", She charged me an extra $100 dollars which I didn't expect to pay and it wasn't in the contract. I went to several fittings and at no time was I told that there would be an upcharge added to my balance. When I asked her why was she charging me $100 dollars extra on top of the $500 she originally quoted per our contract, she replied, "Well, I spent countless hours and had to do a lot of extra work on your dress" Needless to say I was furious because I was already on a budget and she could've told me this at my last fitting or called/ emailed me this new information. At this point all I could do was pay the money and get my dress. I will never go back to her. Very big disappointment.
