I wouldn't have given one star. You can't speak to your case worker and any request in an email would be ignored. When ever you call them some one in reception will triage your call and if you are lucky enough and phone line not busy, you get to speak to case worker. Same effort required to speak to Prime minister. So don't recommend even to my enemy. :-)
