This is a fascinating concept for a restaurant. I don't know that I've ever been to a restaurant that is a specifically macaroni and cheese restaurant. I had the lasagna mac and cheese which was actually pretty darn good and the half size portion was more than enough for a full size dinner. We also had the boneless wings and the loaded potato bites and they were both excellent.
