I just took my 2015 S5 in for an ongoing problem I have been having with my MMI system. I had previously takin it to DFW Audi and they kept it a couple days and said nothing was wrong. I gave them the same description of the problem as I did you guys, only difference is you fixed it. I dealt with Tie who is amazing. I called at the last minute and she got me right in and had me taken care of by end of business because she knew I was heading out of town. She had your technician Andrew talk with me and his knowledge of the product was impressive. He knew exactly what the issue was, got with Audi technical assistance and received authorization to replace my 5F module and correct my problem. Professional organization and an excellent staff. Thank you for taking care of my issue the first time in. I will recommend all my friends who drive an Audi to your dealership and Tie.
