One of the best hotel services I ever experience from any hotel worldwide. Staff are very attentive, diligence and superb. The Chef de Cuisine Mr Dena Lesmana even managed to prepared special fabulous dish upon request in no time. I truly feel home farway from home. This what I call, excellent service beyond customer expectation. Thank you to all wonderful staff at Ritz Carlton Mega Kuningan. You are truly super awesome!
