My experience has been very poor with ABS Fairings. Only part of my fairing kit arrived and parts of that were damaged and the wrong color. The side panels and tank cover never showed up and the original box with the partial shipment would have been too small to hold them anyway. I could not get a straight answer about when I could expect the missing pieces. They only wanted to stall by trying to get me to take more pictures of the damaged items (who cares about that when the big pieces are still missing). Some customer services emails appear to be written by people in China who either don't read my emails or don't care what they say. I repeatedly asked for a return shipping label and refund. Again they stall by saying it was somehow my fault for accepting the package (the post office dumped the box on my driveway without notice so there was no way to refuse the delivery). Still waiting for a refund and a return shipping label. If you have loads of time, limitless patience, and little to no need for your correct fairing parts order these are the guys for you!
