They don't respond to complaints about Barking dog...

They don't respond to complaints about Barking dogs whatsoever. You are told to contact ACCT if you have a problem, but they do not even acknowledge your problem. In fact, you don't even get to speak to a human being, it's a pre recorded answering machine, that apparently no one ever checks.
